Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CleanCompare website and quote comparison service (the "Service"), operated by Holding SMG LLC ("CleanCompare", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Is (and Is Not)

CleanCompare is a free comparison and referral service that connects businesses seeking commercial cleaning services with independent, third-party cleaning companies ("Partners"). We are not a cleaning company: we do not provide, supervise, or guarantee any cleaning services. Any engagement you enter into with a Partner is a contract solely between you and that Partner.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for businesses and for individuals aged 18 or older acting on behalf of a business. By submitting a request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request services for the facility described.

3. How the Service Works

• You submit a quote request through our form;
• We match your request with a limited number of Partners (typically up to five) serving your area and facility type;
• Matched Partners contact you directly to provide quotes;
• You are free to accept any quote, negotiate, or decline them all. There is no obligation to hire anyone.

The Service is free for businesses requesting quotes. Partners may pay us fees to participate in the network and receive matched requests; this compensation may influence which Partners are matched with your request.

4. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting a quote request, you expressly consent to be contacted by CleanCompare and by matched Partners at the phone number and email address you provided, including by phone calls, emails, and text messages relating to your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or by asking any Partner directly to stop contacting you. 5. No Endorsement; No Guarantee

While we require Partners to represent that they are licensed and insured where applicable, and we monitor customer feedback, we do not independently verify every credential, and we make no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding any Partner's qualifications, licensing, insurance coverage, pricing, availability, or the quality, safety, or legality of their services. Estimated savings figures shown on the Service (such as "save up to 35%") reflect potential differences between competing quotes and are not a guarantee of savings in your specific case. You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting a Partner, including verifying licenses and insurance before hiring.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current information in your request;
• Use the Service only for legitimate quote requests for real facilities;
• Do not submit requests on behalf of third parties without authorization;
• Do not use the Service to harvest data, spam, test stolen information, or interfere with the Service's operation.

We may refuse, remove, or decline to transmit any request at our discretion, including requests we believe to be fraudulent or abusive.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Holding SMG LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE ANY PARTICULAR NUMBER OF QUOTES OR ANY QUOTES AT ALL.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOLDING SMG LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY A PARTNER. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holding SMG LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your engagement with any Partner.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
